The internship program at Joy Kids Learning Center provides high school students with a hands-on experience in a preschool setting, working alongside teachers, engaging with students, and supporting daily classroom activities. Interns gain insight into early childhood education while also interacting with families and observing how strong relationships are built within a school community. In addition, they collaborate with the leadership team to understand operations, planning, and decision-making.
This well-rounded experience helps students develop communication, responsibility, and leadership skills in a supportive, real-world environment.

The Joy Kids Growth & Strategy Internship at Joy Kids Learning Center offers one high school senior a hands-on opportunity to develop a real business expansion plan. The intern will gain experience in market research, program design, financial planning, and marketing while working alongside leadership.
