Preschool Teacher (BA Required)
The Role
We're looking for a nurturing, energetic Preschool Teacher with a Bachelor's degree to lead a classroom of 2–5 year olds. You'll design age-appropriate lesson plans, foster social-emotional and early academic development, and build strong relationships with families.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
Plan and lead daily developmentally appropriate activities and lessons
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Track and communicate each child's progress to families
Follow MSDE licensing and health/safety regulations
Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Early Childhood Education or related field preferred)
Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass Maryland background check and MSDE clearance requirements20 Mayo Road, Edgewater, Maryland 21037
Nice to Have
Bilingual (Spanish) — a plus given our Spanish enrichment program
Infant/Toddler or School-Age credential
